You MUST contact us FIRST for approval to submit a change order.
 
Due to order systems limitations we are not able to edit your original order. We set up this Change Order product to allow you to enter the changes, pay for any upgrades, and keep a record of the change. The Change Order will appear in your order history as a separate order.
 
Instructions:
1. Select the changes you want to your product in the drop down. All fields are required. Select "No" for changes that do not apply.
 
Carefully enter your order number to change. This field is NOT validated against your order history.
 
The change(s) should equal the dollar amount you were given for any price difference; fill in the required fields and add to cart. Complete the checkout (even for $0.00 changes)
 
If you are switching to a lower cost option write that in the special instructions (if any) field and your original order will be refunded the price difference.
 
Note:
Enter what product you are changing into the Special Instructions box. If you are changing more than one product on a single order add the desired change to cart for EACH product. 
 
Write NONE if there are no color/size/drawside strap length changes or special instructions. (example: just upgrading to COBRA FM Buckle write "none"). This field is set to required to avoid entry errors. 
 
 When we process the change in the shop we will mark the Change Order as "fulfilled."
