You MUST contact us FIRST for approval to get a Product Exchange.
 
Due to order systems limitations we are not able to process an exchange directly on your original order. We set up this Exchange Order product to allow you to enter the Exchange, pay for the Exchange, and keep a record of the transaction. The Exchange Order will appear in your order history as a separate order.
 
Instructions:
1. Select Product options for the new Pack (not the one you are sending back).
 
2. Enter your order number for the product you are sending back. This field is NOT validated against your order history.
 
3. Complete order and pay for new product through Shopping Cart

4. If you have been sent a prepaid Return label with the Exchange please use.
 
5. When the Returned product for the exchange is received we will inspect and refund the value of the returned product according to our return policy. 
 
 When we fully process the Exchange in the shop we will mark the Exchange Order as "fulfilled."
